Principal Solicitor
John Momitsas is the founder and principal solicitor of JCM Legal with over 12 years of experience in the legal industry. He is experienced in the areas of corporate, commercial and property law.
John acts for individuals, startups, small-to-medium-sized businesses/enterprises and large corporates who require a partner to navigate their day-to-day legal needs and requirements. He has advised and assisted his clients across a broad range of commercial and property transactions and matters, as well as provided ongoing corporate governance and advisory services.
John is committed to helping his clients in their legal and commercial endeavours by providing them with a clear, thorough and commercially pragmatic approach to law.
John has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales, in addition to a Juris Doctor from the University of Technology Sydney. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
